Leg Removable Frame

The machine main body and the machine legs are freely separable, when delivery the legs are disassembled and put on the table, which will reduce the machine's package size, then will save the shipping cost.

High Frequency Powerful spindle 

The High quality BP series CNC Router machine comes with 3.5kw high frequency spindle. This precision spindle requires no maintenance, uses industry standard ER collets and ISO tool holders. Fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 24000 RPM, and comes complete with pneumatically retractable vacuum hood.

Machine Base Frame 

The base frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precision machined and stress relieved so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.

Mach 3 controller 

Mach3 is designed to control the CNC machine. The program is installed on a computer connected to the control machine. Mach3 was developed by American programmers, both for professional and amateur use, so it is the most common software for CNC machines in the world. Using Mach3, it is possible to control the following types of machines: turning, milling, routers, laser and plasma plotter, engraving.
We use Ethernet interface, high reliability, anti-interference. 


Patent design 1:4 gear reducer + Stepper 450B driving motor

Patent design 1:4 gear reducer install on the driving motor, makes the motor is more powerful, and having a longer time service life.
The stepper motors are installed on all axes to ensure precise positioning of the gantry and the spindle in accordance with a predetermined program at high speed. Stepper motors are well proven high degree of reliability.

Hiwin square rail&High quality helical rack pinion

The machine adopts Taiwan Hiwin square rail, which is more than twice durable. And the use of high quality helical rack pinion, makes it high precision.

CNC Tool Calibration

Automatic tool calibration pad allows for easy and accurate “Z” zero position for single and multiple tool changes through the program.
