Raw material for beer brewing:
Water: The most important in terms of the beer ingredients, it must be pure colorless, odorless.
Malt: both barley and wheat can be used
Hops: the main source of beer flavor
Yeast: a fungus, which enables wort sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide
1) Crushing and saccharification
Grind the malt to pieces not powder
Cook wort with the brewhouse by some different temperature processes.
Pump the wort after mashing to fermenter, separate the wort and spent grains, till wort is clear.
3) Boiling and adding hop
Transfer clear wort to brewhouse, add water to 50L, boiling it to 100 degrees & (add hop) last 50 minutes.
Cold down the wort by opening the water jacket tap of brewhouse. Transport wort to the fermenter when its temperature is about 8degree.
After adequate cooled wort into the fermenter, adding 5liters liquid yeast or 50g dry yeast into fermenter.
Fermenting process takes about eight days. In this process, sugar in the malt will be fermenting into alcohol.
6) Slaking and storage:
Beer maturation takes about three weeks of storage. This process will be finish on 0 ° C for beer color rendering, unique flavor development in this step too.
