Depending on the order amount, we usually use tradition express delivery options such as Fedex or DHL to get shipments shipped and delivered in a promptly manner. All items shall be stored in rigid boxes with styrofoam to protect products from further damages. In case a pallet is requiered, we usually discuss these details in private with our clients.Also, most of our shipments are shipped thorugh Air Cargo, since it is much more effective and speedy.

All products of the Cocochoco line are 100% authentic. All products are factory sealed to avoid alteration of items.
Packaging & Shipping
All products shall be professionally packaged so no collateral damages may occur during transit. All items shall be stored in rigid carton boxes, filled with protective materials and securely taped, for best results. Depending on the quantity order, a pallet shall be issued to supply all orders placed. In the case of shipping, we can offer the most economical and efficient services, in accordance to the buyers needs. In the case of air shipments, we prefer to use Fedex, UPS or DHL, since they offer great terms of delivery and are the most reliable during delivery and pickup; the delivery time is usually 5-10 business days.
In the case of sea shipments, we may do port to port sales as well, however all responsibilities after US duties, are applicable to the buyer, not the seller; usual delivery time through this method is 15-25 days.
Usually all orders are processed within 2-3 days once payment has been cleared.
We may work with express delivery terms or pick up from our ware house. We are very flexible, so make sure to contact us for further negotiation details.

Are purchases protected with Trade Assurance?
If you are located within the US, we may process the order via trade assurance to guarantee both parties will be safe during the transaction. Unfortunately, since Alibaba has not yet implementad Trade Assurance for US users to use with potential buyers not present within the United States of America, we cannot use Trade Assurance as a means to protect your order. However, we may do business using other safe payment methods such as credit cards, bank transfers, or Paypal (additional transaction fees may apply).
What is the MOQ?
Currently, thier is no MOQ for our items, As long as we have the items you have requested in stock, we may sell a small number of units. However, in the case you want a specific amout of items, or a ceratin reference, a pre-order must be established.
What is the lead-time?
if a purchase is made for merchandise in stock, a lead time of 2-3 days is expected. If a pre-order is submitted, the pallet may take anywere from 2-6 weeks, depending on the brand.
What are the pre-order guidelines?
In regards to most of the beauty lines we distribute and how to generate a pre-order, a few guidelines must be discussed:
The first guideline we would like to address is orders are a minimum of 5000 dollars and a maximum of 20.000 dollars. As we buy directly from authorized distributors and do not manufacture the branded products we sell, a pre-order is needed to fulfill the inventory our clients would like to acquire.
The second guideline is a PO (Purchase Order) must be generated & submitted to our company email. Once examined, we shall submit the order.
Before the order is submitted, A 30% deposit from the total dollar amount of the order shall be asked prior to placing your purchase. This is done to test the seriousness business nature of our potential clients. Depending on the brand, orders may take from 2-6 weeks to arrive to our warehouse. Once the order has arrived to our warehouse, we shall proceed to charge you the remaining 70% of the purchase order, and then we shall schedule the shipment of the merchandise to your address, or you may schedule your freight company to pick up your merchanidse at our location.
All associated fees shall be charged to you such as credit card transaction fees and shipping.
