The greenhouse frame is made by the materials of galvanized steel, connected by screws, bolts or suitable connecters. Door, gutters, etc. can be equipped and the roof can be pitched roof (supported by rectangular tubes) or arched roof (supported by circular tubes). The uprights of greenhouse is made by the rectangular tubes.

The primary function of the system is to cool the heat in summer; the sun would diffuse into the greenhouse to ensure that crops from strong light burns. Due to blocking a significant amount of light into the room, it can effectively reduce the accumulation of heat in the greenhouse, drop 4°C to 6°Cof room temperature.

Internal Shading/Insulation System:
Anti-fog and anti-drip: After close the inner shading system, it will form two separate lower and upper spaces in the greenhouse, this can effectively prevent the formation of the fog in the greenhouse and the dewdrops. To increase the indoor insulation effect, we can use double shade system. The curtain has two types, breathable curtain, and insulated curtain, like waterproof space cotton insulation blanket. According to the need, we choose different light transmission capacity of the shade curtain or insulation curtain.
Energy saving and insulation: In winter and night, it can effectively prevent the heat inside the greenhouse through the radiation or heat exchange spill, thus reducing energy consumption and greenhouse operating costs.
The way of opening the top window includes one-side top window drove by rack and pinion, two-sides top window drove by rack and pinion, staggered top window drove by rack and pinion, electric roll top window, side window drove by rack and pinion, electrical roll side window, sliding window, etc.

The cooling pad and exhauster cooling system consist of the specialized paper cooling pad, low pressure and high flow axial fan, water circulation system, and control device. Exhausters were installed on both sides of the gable in the greenhouse or closed houses. When it is working, the negative pressure room caused by exhausters can force the hot air flow outside, water evaporation will absorb a significant amount of latent heat, to achieve reducing indoor temperature and increase the humidity.
Good cooling effect: It has small cooling pad wind resistance, high evaporation efficiency, also can withstand high over-current wind speed, so that the unit area of the cooling pad can make more air through and cooling. Proper maintenance cooling pad of cooling system can guarantee 75% -80% of the cooling efficiency.
Moist air purification: The air through the cooling pad into the greenhouse is more fresh and humid, and more suitable for crop growth.
Smooth operation: The cooling pad and exhauster system provides a simple and cost-effective way to cool down. The mechanical part is only the water pump and exhaust fan, and it has a better cooling effect used with shade system.
