Packaging for Premium Cuts (Frozen or Refrigerated)
Argentine premium beef is packed in vacuum-sealed plastic bags, which are then placed inside carton boxes (Micro-corrugated cardboard: 60L x 40W x 15H cm). Once the product is inside a closed bag and inside the closed box, the product is blast frozen to -18 degrees centigrade and kept at that temperature for export. Refrigerated beef is packed the same as frozen, however, it is kept at temperatures between -2 and 2 degrees centigrade for shipping.

This ensures their condition is free from substances that have been banned by international trade regulations due to potentially harmful effects to human health, such as antibiotics, hormones, clenbuterol, etc.
Please note that we sell cattle by the complete animal only. In order to provide the very best product at the most reasonable price, we choose the highest quality cattle to supply your order. This is accomplished by providing the entire cow, which will then be cut as described below. Please notify us if custom cuts are required.
