A: Quanlity grade,destination, application, your company name and contact info. etc.
If you bought it before, It's better that you have a exist spec. for us. Off course more details it will be helpful for us to recommend a suitable product for you.

A:Yes, for larger quantity, we always support with better price.
Q3: Which payment terms do we accept?
A:For sample order or small batch, we suggest you to use Pay-pal and Western Union.
For mass production batch, we suggest you to use T/T.
Q4: How about the delivery?
A:Normally, for sample order, our delivery is about 1-3 days.
For small batch, our delivery is about 3-5 days.
For mass production batch, our delivery is about 4-8 days.
But that depends on the real condition when we get your order.

A: All our products are strictly tested by our QC, and confirmed by QA; unqualified material will not be released to customer. In case any quality problem is confirmed to be caused by us, we will replace the goods or refund your loss.
Q9: Can you supply free samples?
A: Yes, we can provide some free sample, but the shipping cost should be on the customers’ account. You can either pay the shipping cost or arrange a courier to collect the samples.
