Q1: Are you manufacturer or trade company?

A: Zhengyuan is a fully integrated paper package manufacturer, started from 2006. Our factory is  ISO9001,  SA8000, SGS and Disney certified. Products are FDA, EU, FSC approval.

 

Q2: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 

A:Our factory is in Shenzhen, China. We can arrange to pick you up to our factory by car from Shenzhen airport or your local hotel.  Warmly welcome to visit our factory.

 

Q3:Can we have our logo or company information on your package?

A:Your logo can show on the products, besides we have our own designer who can meet your demand.

 

Q4:How is the product pricing and when can I get the price?

A:We pricing the products as stated by the customers' choice on materials,printing,and other process. We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

 

Q5:What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

A:
-size of the products (Length x Width x Height)

-material and surface handling (We could advise if you're not sure)

-printing colors (could quote 4C if you're not sure)

-quantity

-If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

 

Q6: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?

A:
-The popular ones: PDF, AI, PSD.

-Bleed size: 3-5mm.

-Resolution: no less than 300 DPI.

 

Q7:How do you choose the materials? 

A: All our goods are made of best & environmentally friendly materials, which have the SGS certificate from the best suppliers.

 

Q8:If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?

A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.

 

Q9:Could you provide samples for test?

A:Yes, we provide free samples for customers,but customer should carry the freight charges.

 

Q10: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?

A: Sample lead time: usually need 3-7days. Mass production lead time usually need 20 days

If you are the urgent order,we can delivery about 10 days.
