The space age construction technology, which is adopted in the design of the silo framework, can ensure the stability of silo under the large span. There is a guardrail around the silo eaves and there is also a manhole on top of the roof.
Body Steel Plate
Our steel is hot galvanized, which makes it durable and weather resistant. Our advanced bolts with spherical washer and the resisting-worn rubber are used to ensure the tightness and using period.
Stiffeners thickness from 4mm to 8mm are subjected to hot deep galvanising process. This allows 700-900 gr/m2 amount of galvanize coating to the stiffeners. Special caulking is used in all silo body sheets and upper cone connection points in order to obtain full air imperviousity and full waterproofness.

1. How can i know the grain state inside the Silo ?
We equip the Level monitor system inside the Silo to indicate product level in the silo, because silos, are built with cone, to prevent bridging in the silo. So as the product flows down the silo, the product levels needs to monitored & measured.
2. How can i control the grain inside the Storage silo stayed a good condition ?

3. What does aeration cooling do?
Aeration cooling creates cool, uniform conditions throughout the grain to preserve grain quality, restrict or prevent mould growth and slow or stop insects breeding. Mould and insect development is slowed at temperatures below 200C and most insects stop reproducing at temperatures below 150C. Unlike aeration drying, aeration cooling can be achieved with airflow of 2-3 litres of air per second per tonne of grain and is best managed with an automatic aeration controller.
4. Can I use aeration to dry grain in storage?
Aeration that provides more than 15 litres of air per second, per tonne of grain can be used to reduce grain moisture content by a few percent. The risk of using less air (smaller fans) is that moisture will be pushed partway up through the grain but not all the way out the top of the silo. This leaves a band of even higher moisture grain susceptible to mould and insect attack.
5. What type of rubber and sealant is best for sealing silos?
Polyurethane based rubbers and sealants should be used for sealing silos. Silicon based products can potentially contaminate the grain. Look for a rubber with a strong memory, that is one that springs back to its original shape after being compressed.
