1st fermentation tank adopts CSTR method (completely mixed anaerobic reactor Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor, CSTR) fermentation. On top of this kind of fermentation tank has top stirring or interior dive stirring, and inside of tank have heating coil, by stirring and heating, the methane bacteria and raw material fully contacts with each other, while maintaining the optimum reaction temperature of methane bacteria, so as to greatly improve the utilization efficiency of raw material and save the reaction time. This advantage makes the CSTR biogas fermentation process has been widely used in the biogas project.

Biogas stored in the gas cabinet at the top of secondary fermentation tank is delivery to desulfurization system through roots blower, so as to remove hydrogen sulfide of biogas (H2S). Hydrogen sulfide is a corrosive gas, if not remove, it will bring the corrosion of the pipe, causing a series of problems, so need timely remove hydrogen sulfide. Hydrogen sulfide in the gas is removed, through the preliminary dewatering device, to remove saturated steam in the biogas. Thus, the biogas can be used to generate electricity or do other things(CNG need decarburization).

Before give you price and design, We need the data of raw material from your side.

1.  What’s kind of raw material to be treated by biogas plant?

2.  How much waste per day?

Please inform us the quantity of the waste per day. We could help you figure out the gas production from the waste per day. And then we suggest the volume of the digester tank.

For example, you could inform us the quantity of the pigs in your pigsty.

We suppsoe there are 500 sow pigs.

Daily Feces of the sow pigs is 3Kg per day. So, 500×3= 1500Kg pig manure per day.

22.23Kg pig manure produce 1 m³ biogas. 1500Kg÷22.23= 67.5m³ biogas.

We would prefer suggest the 150m³ biogas plant for this solution on the condition of 25~30 degrees Celsius.
