Q1. Can I place a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample orders. Samples are sent via express air courier. Sample cost and express air courier cost is shared once you share the delivery location/pincode
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample order takes 3-5 days, mass production time needs 4-8 weeks time depending on the quantity ordered
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: After sample is approved, we accept orders in multiples of 100 units. For international shipping costs to be viable, it is important to order in certain minimum quantities
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We send samples via express air courier and it usually reaches in 10-14 working days. For mass orders, LCL/FCL shipment is preferred to keep shipping costs low. A buyer can manage this directly or request us to do the same. If we are requested to do the same, then it is done on FOB basis. Clearance at destination port will be the sole responsibility of the buyer
Q5. How to proceed with an order?
A: Depending on your requirement, we will first share EXW price. After price approval, shipping cost would need to be ascertained. This can be done either by the buyer or if required, by us. Production begins after receipt of full payment
