Our certified rice representatives (rice sommeliers) carefully select and source rices from each region, which are then polished and vacuum-packed at our facilities before shipping.

Most of our rice is specially-designated by our producers, and is selected based on factors including fertilizers used and soil condition. It is taste-tested on site before we source it.
