Express service:FedEx,UPS,DHL or arrange the shipment by yourself. Sea Freight Service:The nearest ports from us are Ningbo port or Shanghai port, China. Air Freight Service:FedEx or arrange the shipment by yourself.
Q. How about the Samples' Policy?
A: Samples' production fee is based on the actual cost and will be refundable if there is an order.We will provide Free samples for Long-term cooperated clients while shipping cost must be collected or prepaid.
Q. Could we customize the products as our requirements?
A: Yes , just tell us your requirements, such as material, size, color, prinitng,and design. we can make layout of the bags first, after customers confirmed the layout, then we begin make samples..
Q. Do you accept small order? and How to deal with it?
A: Yes, we accept small order. there is no MOQ without Printing. MOQ with Printing: 1000pcs.
Normally, we will send layout of customized bags after customer deposit or full payment through PayPal.
Q. What's the payment terms?
A: 1. 40% T/T deposit in advance for order confirmation,the balance by T/T against the B/L copy.
2. L/C AT SIGHT when amount is more than USD20,000.
3. Western Union is also acceptable.

Q. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Material purchase--Make sure that material is the same as confirmed, including color, density, thickness, smell, size...
Mould manage--Make sure the same as confirmed, including size, shape...
Print or embroidery logo--Make sure logo size, position, color are the same as confirmed.
Check--QC check slippers as requested details one by one. Approved will be packed. Unsanctioned will be reworked. Make sure everyone is correct, clean and beautiful.
Pack--Make sure quantity is correct. Use correct packing method avoiding damage in transport.
Track--The merchandiser tracks all the process. Supervise and take photos when loading for making sure goods safe and correct.
