1. What is OEM procedure?
A: Making Sample - Place Orders - Bulk - Inspection - Shipment Based on the artwork.
factory will make Counter Sample for approval firstly.Bulk only can be processed once sample is approved. Mass production will follow approved.sample and confirmed packaging requirements.Once final inspection is passed, the cargo can be shipped accordingly.
2. Can we provide samples?
A : Yes, we provide samples, including customized samples of designated logo, sample materials, styles and sizes can be
customized.
3. Can I have my logo or private label to be sewn on your products or the packages?
A: Sure. Just send us the artwork. We also accept order according to the sample or manuscript you send us.
4. What about the MOQ?
A: The MOQ is 300 per design. In consideration of new business starter, small order is OK if we can do it. Many new brands choice to work with us in the beginning and we are very happy to watch them grow up.
5. How long does it take to make the sample? What are your manufacturing and shipping time?
A: Sample 5-7 working days to make the sample.
