Answer: Leadfar has many, many items not featured on our website. Our product offerings evolve constantly to reflect the newest and most popular trends in promotional marketing. If you cannot find what you want online, or have a specific need, our sales specialists will find that product and provide a quote. 

2.Question: How do I place an order?
Answer: When you find an item you would like to purchase, please find our sales specialists and send your order requirement to our email. If you prefer, you may give us a email.

3.Question: When will I receive my order?
Answer: Production time depends on the product you order. Plastic and Bluetooth speaker take approximately five weeks from the time we receive your order and deposit to the date it is delivered to your port. Heating products and memory foam pillow orders take about four weeks. Other advertising specialty items can take two to four weeks. If you have a specific date when you require your shipment, let us know in advance. We will make every effort to ensure your items arrive on time. 

4.Question: What are sample charges and express charges and lead time?
Answer: These are Leadfar standard charges for the set-up of specific product equipment used to produce your sample. Bluetooth speaker and heating products items take approximately 7 working days. Memory foam pillow items take approximately 3working days when use our present standard  products specification, the sample cost of all items, we will charge of 1.5 times of quotation cost, the express fee will be bear by our clients.Of course all sample fee (don’t include express fee)will refund when you place a order that quantity can reach our MOQ of each item

5.Question: Can I use copyrighted material?
Answer: Customers are totally responsible for obtaining rights to use any logo, trademark, service mark, artwork, name, photograph, statement, illustration or any other intellectual property on the products purchased by the customer. Leadfar shall not be held liable for the unauthorized use of any art, logo, trademark or copyright printed on any item ordered by the customer. The customer agrees to hold Leadfar harmless from any claims, suits or actions alleging that the products purchased by the customer violates or infringes on any rights of any third party. The customer further agrees to defend and indemnify Leadfar from any such claims, suits or actions. 

6.Question: In what form should I send art to you?
Answer: Artwork sent on disk or via e-mail is preferred. E-mailed artwork must include a customer name, account or order number (for existing customers) on the SUBJECT LINE. Disks must be labeled with the customer name, account or order number. Floppy, Zip or CDs are acceptable. NOTE: We cannot access artwork sent in any program format other than the ones listed below. If your artwork is too large to submit via e-mail, please contact us.

7.Question: What file formats work best?
Answer: Adobe Illustrator (Save file as EPS. All fonts must be converted to outlines.)
