  • Product description

The transmitter uses electrochemical technology to measure O3 concentration, and the response is rapid and sensitive. The transmitter is widely used in air quality testing, smart home and other occasions where O3 testing is required. Analog signal output, 4-20mA, 0-10V, 0-5V optional. The equipment is 10-30V wide-voltage power supply, and the enclosure has a high degree of protection, which can adapt to various harsh conditions on site.

1. It adopts high-sensitivity gas detection probe imported from the United States, and uses high-performance signal acquisition circuit to accurately measure PPM level O3 concentration, with stable signal and high accuracy. 
2. The measurement range defaults to 0-10ppm. 
3.4-20mA, 0-10V, 0-5V multiple analog signal output is optional. The product adopts wall-mounted waterproof shell, which is easy to install and has high protection level.
Installation Instructions
Current output signal conversion calculation
For example, the range is 0~10ppm, 4~20mA output, when the output signal is 12mA, the current O3 concentration value is calculated. The O3 range has a span of 10 ppm and is expressed by a 16 mA current signal, 10 ppm/16 mA = 0.625 ppm/mA, that is, a current of 1 mA represents a change in O3 concentration of 0.625 ppm, a measured value of 12 mA - 4 mA = 8 mA, and 8 mA * 0.625 ppm / mA = 5 ppm. The current O3 concentration is 5 ppm.

Voltage type output signal conversion calculation
For example, the range is 0~10ppm, 0-10V output, when the output signal is 5V, the current O3 concentration value is calculated. The span of this O3 range is 10ppm, expressed by a 10V voltage signal, 10ppm/10V=1ppm/V, that is, the voltage 1V represents a change of O3 concentration of 1ppm, the measured value is 5V-0V=5V, 5V*1ppm/V=5ppm, current O3 The concentration is 5 ppm.
1) The aging test before use is not less than 48 hours; 2) Electrolyte leakage will cause injury, please do not disassemble the sensor at will; 3) The sensor should avoid contact with organic solvents (including silicone rubber and other adhesives), paints, chemicals, oils and high-concentration gases; 4) The sensor should not be immersed in an oxygen-free environment for a long time, otherwise it will damage the performance of the sensor; 5) It should not be used for a long time in an environment containing corrosive gases, corrosive gases will damage the sensor; 6) The sensor should not be excessively impacted or vibrated; 7) It is forbidden to store and use in high concentration alkaline gas for a long time; 8) The air inlet holes must not be blocked or contaminated.
