Payment Terms

1. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

a. Usually we accept 100% T/T in advance;

b. Subjected the order amount, we can accept 30% deposit T/T in advance + 70% balance T/T before the shipment.

3. Letter of Credit (L/C)

a. L/C is available for the sea transit only. We don't accept L/C for the air transit.

b. On condition that order amount reaches someone then we will accept L/C;

c. We accept L/C at sight only;

Warranty

1. To CCTV Cameras/ DVRs

a. 2 years, products with your own logo or without logo

b. 3 years, products with Anspo logo

2. Conditions and Terms

a. The warranty starts from the delivery date from our factory;

b. During the warranty, any defective product will get repaired or replaced for free;

c. The warranty is unavailable for those products which are broken by the violence or the carelessness or repaired or altered without the authorization.

Shipment

1. By TNT, DHL, UPS or FedEx

2. By our forwarding agent (by air or by sea);

3. By your own forwarding agent

4. By domestic forwarding agents to any city in China.

Leadtime

1. Sample orders will be delivered from our factory within 3 working days.

2. General orders will be delivered from our factory within 10 working days.

3. Big orders will be delivered from our factory within 15 working days at most.
