Q1.Is it available for samples?
- Of cause,we offer free sample for exsiting design;
- For custom design,you just pay the mold fee( we will do sample for your approval before place order )
Q2. What is the lead time for samples?
- If choose from inventory, we can send the samples out in 2 workdays.
- If customized samples, it will be 3-5 days.
Q3:.What's the lead time for production?
Normally 5-20 days, depends on order quantity and requirement.
Q4. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own professional designers. so you just provide JPG, AI,CDR or PDF, etc.
We will draw artwork for your approval before sample production.

T/T,PayPal,Western Union,MoneyGram...etc is welcome.
30% deposit upon releasing order, 70% balance paid before shippment.
