GCK type Low-voltage Power Distribution Cabinet Series
GCK series low-voltage withdrawable power distribution cabinet (hereinafter referred to as the device) is an assembled advanced power distribution device, suitable for AC 50Hz (60Hz) three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire system as the power center (PC) control center (MCC) power system power distribution equipment for power conversion, distribution and motor centralized control, can also be combined with the program controller and microprocessor to the power supply and distribution automatic control system. The device is an ideal power distribution device for low-voltage power supply systems in power plants, substations, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, electric power, machinery, textile and other industries.

l Structural Features
l The whole cabinet adopts the assembled combination structure, the modular hole is installed, the parts are versatile, the applicability is good, and the standardization degree is high.
l The door of the MCC cabinet drawer chamber is mechanically interlocked with the operation handle of the circuit breaker or the disconnector, and the door can be opened only when the handle is in the breaking position.
l The power switch, the tie switch and the drawer of the MCC cabinet have three positions: the on position, the test position, and the off position.
l The switchgear adopts modular design, which divides the cabinet into three zones, the top is the busbar zone, the front is the electrical zone, and the rear is the cable entry zone. Each zone is separated by steel plates to ensure the normal operation of the line. It effectively prevents the fault from expanding. When the electrical components are pulled out of the cabinet, the charged body in the cabinet is not exposed, which is safer and more reliable for the user.
l According to the characteristics of the switchgear, it can be divided into power receiving cabinet, feeder cabinet and capacitor compensation cabinet.
l The drawers of the same functional unit can be interchanged. Once a fault occurs, the faulty unit is pulled out and the spare drawer is inserted, which greatly shortens the fault time and improves the reliability of the equipment.
l The switch cabinet can be designed to be fixed and mixed with the drawer cabinet. It can also be drawer type. It not only keeps the cabinet simple, practical, and inexpensive, but also has the advantages of small size, strong function and easy replacement.
l In order to ensure the personal safety of the operating procedures and maintenance personnel, the mechanical interlocking mechanism is set in the switch cabinet, the drawer unit door and the main switch are provided with a mechanical interlocking mechanism to make the use more reliable.
l The PE wire of the switch cabinet is at the lower rear of the switch cabinet, and the PE wire is connected with the cabinet frame, which not only makes the outlet cable connection more convenient, but also makes the grounding more reliable.
