Work with a gsm sim, it communicates with the web server via SMS or GPRS mode; or it connects with the gsm server via USSD or STK mode.

Any 2G sim could be used for the recharge machine since it supports the worldwide standard of gsm frequency.
3G sim could also be used for the mobile recharge machine as long as it's compatible with 2G network.

1. Do you provide customization?
Yes. Any special requests will be evaluted by the R&D department, if doable it could be started based on the payment or the order quantity of the printers. And there's refund policy to return the payment for customization after customer purchase a certain quantity of devices from us.
2. What's your technical help?
If anything wrong happens, we'll provide online help in the first place, and provide the trace tool to trace the logs when the issue is happening. Our tech team will then check the traced data and find out the reason. For software issues, we'll fix it and upgrade the printers remotely. For hardware issues, we'll provide guidance to the customer to fix it, or we'll recall the device back for repairment if it's hard to be fixed by them. For server issues, we'll inform what's wrong and provide suggestions.
