High pressure homogenizer is a special equipment in liquid material homogenization, lessening and highpressure transportation, which are appliedwidely for food, dairy, beverage,fine chemical and bio-engineering technology, etc.
The materials are processed in homogeneous valve, and the grains entered into the gap of valve under high pressure expanding to implode losing the pressure with cutting and high speed bump and other integration effects. They are crushed into grains and oil dripping in the liquid into minisize as diameter of 0.1 micron to 0.2 micron and the average diameter is not bigger than 1 micron producting the good dispersed liquid. Working method: when product is flowing through the adjustable valve ,the particles or droplets present in mixed fluids with high pressure will be subdivided into the very smallest sizes (diameter Φ=0.1~0.2 um, average Φ ≤1um ) because of pressure decrease, expansion, explosion,cutting and high-speed impacting etc., then the emulsions or dispersions could be produced.Through homogenizing the stability, easy-absorb, long-life, taste and color etc. of product could be realized.
