How to use small coconut oil extraction machine extract oil


It is relatively easy to use small coconut oil extraction machine to press oil by setting up a small scale oil processing line. The oil extracting processes mainly composed of several based on the quality of raw materials. But, the basic process is almost similar.

 

Seeds drying:  plant seeds or nuts are dried in the sun and they are transferred into silos for further storage, until the rest of the production process takes place. This step is very important as oil rapidly deteriorates in the process of water.
Inspection and cleaning of seeds: The next step in the process is transferring the seeds from the silo to shelling machine or cleaning machine. During this process all the dirt and other foreign objects are removed from amongst the seeds.
Seeds heating:Heating the seeds before extraction begins, increases the oil yield. Heating also increases the protein availability, which is useful if the end result oil cake will be used for animal feed.
Oil Pressing from seeds: the seeds are pressed and crushed to release a large amount of oil by small oil press extracting machine. In most case, the plant seeds will be extracted oil out several times, the residual oil cake will be fed into the press machine again to get maximum oil.
Filtration process: After the final oil extracting process the oil is stored in an unfiltered oil tank from where the oil is fed to filter press for filtration. This process removes the last remaining impurities from the oil.
Crude oil refining: If the crude oil by small oil extracting machine is used for cooking or edible. It is suggested to equip a complete set of oil refinery unit to get highest quality edible oils.
