Product Description

 

The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel products, which integrates cold and hot water cleaning and disinfection into one, which can replace the traditional manual cleaning operation and meet the cleaning requirements of a large number of revolving boxes of different food enterprises.
The cleaned box is fed to the machine by conveyor belt:
1. In the first stage of cleaning, the hot water at 38℃-45℃ (adjustable temperature) is sent to the spray pipe set in the stereo through the circulating pump, and then the box body is washed in the three-dimensional way through the detachable 48 spray heads. The cleaning water can be discharged into the sewer network or recycled after filtration.
2. In the second stage of cleaning, the hot water at 75℃-82℃ (adjustable temperature) is transported to the three-dimension sprinkler pipe through the sanitary circulating pump, and then the cabinet body is washed in a three-dimensional way through the fixed 26 sprinkler heads. After filtering, the cleaning water flows into the circulating tank for recycling.
3. In the third stage of rinsing, rinse the tank or the area around the iron plate with fresh water spray. The water after spraying will flow into the second stage of the recycling tank for reuse.The water level and temperature of the water tank are automatically controlled to minimize the energy consumption.
Main parts of the shell can be removed for easy maintenance.The installation of the pipeline adopts the buckle type, which is convenient for pipeline cleaning and reliable operation.
