Leather soften enzymeGR-M406
GR-M406 is a safe soften enzyme mainly by trypsin, the product optimum activity PH is between 7-9.
GR-M406 can mildly open leather fiber structure, clear scurf, increase leather softness and tear strength, is suitable to produce very elastic, grain meticulous tight leather.
GR-M406, due to its good cushioning, it it flavor to keep PH value stable during deliming and soften process.
GR-M406 can used for any type leather soften process. Not only can use for soft leather soften, but can used for mid-grade soft leather soften as its properties of safety and uniformity.
GR-M406 increase leather skin acreage, reduce leather thickness, give leather clean, smooth and uniform process effects.
GR-M406 can directly added to drum to use. The general usage is join deliming agent, turn 20-60 minutes, then add the product. Generally, the soften temperature should be controlled within 32°C-38°C.
When at 38°C, the soften effect be more strong, and at 32°C, soften process effects to grain will be more mildly and more uniform, but turn time need longer.
The PH value in soften process should be controlled within 7-9, optimum PH is 8.0, before using soften enzyme, should choose enzyme carefully, to ensure can reach a safe, stable and uniform soften effect.

Leather diversity and different resources, local production operating environment all can affect leather enzyme using effects, recommend to do small testing under same production operating environment, then do mass production.This can avoid damage and influence to hide because of excessive or different process. Particularly to less quality leather, process technology and time must be more accurate.

Shelf life & storage
Storage: 5-25℃ dry room temperature (product should be sealed in occluded devices and avoid exposure to moisture and high humidity)
Shelf life: shelf life is 12 months under correct storage condition. If stored in high temperature or high moisture for long time, should increase dosage to reach desired effects.
