Liquid CIP Alkaline Detergent Food grade Pipe Cleaner for food & beverage industry

WELSON AC101 is a heavy duty liquid alkaline detergent for CIP bcleaning applications.

1.The special, low foaming surfactants provide fast soil penetration and emulsification to speed cleaning 

  applications.

2.It maintains effectiveness even during high temperature recirculation and spray cleaning, therefore it is 

 ideal for bottlewashing applications and CIP of all types of stainless steel process equipment.

3.It helps to eliminate need for additional wetting agents.

4.Welson AC-101 contains no phosphorous and noncorrosive to stainless steel at recommended use

 dilutions.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Use 0.5%-3% of concentration, recommended dosage details as be0.5% concentration: Dilute 17kg of AC101 per 1000kg water;
1% concentration: Dilute 33kg of AC101 per 1000kg water;
3% concentration: Dilute 100kg of AC101 per 1000kg water;
The actual dosage will depend on the soil degree.
