The first layer is adhesive protective film which will be taped on the surface of aluminum profiles to avoid any scratches. The Second layer is hard paper board, which would wrap the window frame completely to protect the wooden frame and corner. The third layer is stretchable plastic wrap to protect the glass avoid any scratches. And the last one is non-fumigation ply-wood crate, which would provide an extra protection for the windows to make sure there is nothing to worry about in long- transportation. We want to make sure the windows we make is a commodity, is not just a product. As for the shipment, we have our own shipping agent who have worked with us for long time, they could assist our clients to make the custom clearance and make sure our windows could arrive at your job site without any damage. Regarding Wood
The wood used on both Minimalist Design Series and Architect Design Series are processed to ensure proper moisture content for durability and strength. After treatment, our wood is resistant to decay, mold and mildew as well as termite damage. We use Henkel wood adhesive from Germany for the joints to ensure strength and low toxicity.
From the sample you can see the integrated continuum wood, which we adopted is non-finger joint.
Regarding Aluminum-Clad
Our virtually maintenance free cladding is made of the finest extruded aluminum. Unlike our competitors who use a thinner gauge aluminum, our 1.4mm thick aluminum assures outstanding rigidity and deformation resistance. Our standard finishing option is a polyester powder coat for superior resistance to scratches, flaking and fading. Fluorocarbon coat finishing is available at request for extreme environmental conditions.
Regarding Installation
This flange,also called Nail Fin in U.S., would makes the installation much easier and convenient that means you would pay less labor cost on installation. We has already applied for the Product Patent for movable nail fin in China, which is for the convenient transportation.
Regarding Screen
Usually we use the removable screens that you can easy to clean when it becomes dirty. And for the colors, we could make any kinds of color as your requirement.
