Product Description
There are layers in the single layer reactor and double layer reactor and the layers can be filled with circulatory medium. Glass Reactor is the improved type of single layer reactor which can be filled with two different circulatory medium at the same time. With the circulation movement of circulatory medium, Glass Reactor can achieve the heating or cooling effect of the reaction material. Double Layer Glass Reactor is made of high borosilicate glass which can provide a clear view of reaction process for users to have a well analysis of the reaction. At the same time, this kind of glass texture is a kind of advanced reactor which has strong anti-corrosion ability and can be contacted with all kinds of organic materials.

1. Overall Stainless steel (SS304)frame and screw with strong support framework .
2. GG17 (3.3) high borosilicate glass with uniform thickness and big glass mouth design and easy to clean .
3. Double coil pipe inside Condenser

1. What’s the difference between single-layer and double-layer glass reactor?
Single-layer glass reactor can directly heating or cooling, it is similar to water or oil bath, inferior in temperature control aspect; while double-layer glass reactor has interlayer between two layers, we can inject water or oil through temperature control equipment and form circulating system, in this way, no matter cooling or heating, its temperature control property is better.
2.How to decide which glass reactor I should buy? Single-layer or double-layer?
According to first question, please depend on specific heating or cooling requirements.
3.What is the glass texture?
Full set of glass part is produced by G3.3 borosilicate glass, owns excellent chemical and physical properties.
4.What’s the loading capacity of double-layer glass reactor?
Loading capacity of glass reactor generally is 1kg, use hot water and oil to do negative pressure heating.
5.What kind of oil does the reactor use to heat?
For temperature around 130℃, use silicone oil, glycerinum or 32# machine oil.
6.Is it easy to wash the reaction bottle?
Big access opening, convenient to wash.
7.What kind of payment term do you accept?
