Q1 : Is my phone compatible with wireless charging? Most modern phones are compatible and able to be charged wirelessly. What you need to check is whether your phone has a Qi wireless receiver built in, or whether you'll need to purchase one from our store to make it ready to accept wireless charging.
Any Samsung Galaxy model from the S6 onwards (including the S6, S7 & S8) have wireless receivers built in as standard, meaning all you need to purchase is the charger. Other popular smartphones including Nokia 920, 928, 930, 820, 1520, HTC 8X, Droid DNA, Rzound, Incredible 4G LTE and Google Nexus 4, 5, 6,7, LG D1L, LTE2, G3 are also enabled. Any more recent models not listed will almost certainly include them if you're not sure check your model details online.
All iPhone models (prior to the iPhone 8 & X) will need a Qi receiver, in addition to the charger, in order to set up wireless charging. You can choose from a wireless receiver card that slots under your current case, or you can opt for a wireless jacket that includes the receiver built-in.
Q2 : Does your product provide warranty ? All our products carry a one year warranty covering any manufacturer defects. In the unlikely event that your WPC wireless charger or receiver should develop a manufacture related fault during this period, please get in touch with us and we will be able to take the necessary action to arrange a replacement after the product is returned in its original packaging. This warranty does not cover miss-use or damage from liquids.
Q4. What's your packing terms ? Each product will be packed into one Retail Box.

Q5. What is your payment terms ? T/T 30% as deposit , and 70% before shippment.
We'll show you the photos of the products and packing list before you pay the balance.
Q6. What trade terms does your company accept ? EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP.
Q7. How about your delivery time? Generally, it will take 3 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q8. Can you print our logo on your products? Yes we can. Please contact the sales to get more details.
Q9. What is your sample policy? Sample can be provided for free if you can bear the shipping cost.
Sample cost will be refund if order quantity exceed 100pcs.
Q10. Do you test all your goods before delivery? Yes, we have 100% QC before delivery. We provide free replacement if bad quality.
