Function Description

Mass vortex flowmeter, simple to install. Connection mode: flange and clamping connection.

 It has superior reliability and stability due to no movable part, and the detecting portion has only a simple configuration of the vortex generator. Features: Low pressure loss, no leakage point, and high safety performance.

 Robust sensor construction for high temperature (up to 3500℃), high pressure fluid.


1.Install a temperature sensor in the vortex flowmeter, and take the flow sensor sleeve as a temperature sleeve to isolate the vortex flow and the temperature sensor from the process, thereby ensuring easy verification and replacement.

2.Temperature compensation capability of saturated steam, the density is calculated from the process temperature, and the calculated density is used to provide a temperature compensated mass flow.

3.Improve the performance in saturated steam, as electronic components compensate for changes in process temperature, thereby improving performance in saturated steam.

4.Reduce the installation cost, the multivariable vortex flowmeter do not require an external temperature sensor.

5.Equipped with a flow totalizer providing additional functionality, integrating a multivariable vortex flowmeter with a pressure transmitter for full pressure and temperature compensation of superheated steam and various gases.
