1. Are you MANUFACTUREr? May I visit the factory?

 Yes! We are manufacture! And welcome to vist our factory. Our address is 3,5/F,No.1,Xiangxin Road,Nanlian, Longgang District, Shenzhen,China. The nearest airport is Baoan airport. Before you come here, please kindly tell me your schedule, we can arrange for you.  

2. What CERTIFICATION does your factory passed?

We have got SEDEX and Disney factory certification, and if you need, we will send the cerificate copy to you.

3. What TEST STANDARD your products comply with?

  Our products confirmed by EN71 and BV test standard.

4. What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 100pcs. 

5. OEM or ODM are avaliable?

Both of them are avaliable.

6. Can I get FREE samples?
Sure. Sample is free, but you only need pay for design and freight fee. It is refundable when the order is up to certain quantity.

And it will take about 5-7 days delivery via DHL,FEDEX,UPS or TNT.

7. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 10-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

8. How many COLORS are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
