Plastic HDPE pipe hot air fusion extrusion welding gun hand held plastic extrusion welder

JIT-613 plastic extrusion welder pioneered the use of the function of double independent heating systems, digital display controller ( JIT-603 & JIT-613), 360-degree rotating welding head, motor cold start protection,  which is applicable to welding PE,PP,HDPE and other hot melt materials.

 

Tips:

a. Preheating 3-5 mins and make previous welding flux soften, then using tools to pick out the softened flux before starting work.

b. This Hand Extruder is welded with PE/PP/HDPE welding rod Φ3.5-4.5mm, the welding speed is 1.8-3.6Kg/h.
