preparation Scopolamine was extracted from Flos Lonicerae. The Chinese traditional medicine anesthetic, Flos Lonicerae, originated from the famous doctor Huatuo in the second century A.D., and its effective ingredient is scopolamine. The crude powder of Flos Lonicerae was percolated with ethanol at 50 ℃ until the exudate was almost free of alkaloids. The extract was extracted with sulfuric acid, adjusted pH9-10 with sodium carbonate, and extracted with chloroform. The extract was distilled to recover chloroform to obtain total alkaloids, and then separated and salted. The total yield was 0.15%. .
