TX-4.4-7B Automatic High Speed 4 Station Cold Forging Screw Bolt Making Former Machine
The screws types this machine can make:
Functions of heading machine:
(1). The machine belong to the cold heading machine, the function is the first molding and the second punching products, which is mainly used for forming the heads of the screw products, the work principle is line materials calibration, accessing lines, sending materials to the main mold, first punching initial forging, and second punching the formed blank materials and withdraw. The work gets done without any letup, the production capacity can be up to about 150-180pcs per minute, which belongs to the more advanced products in the current technology.
(2). Upsetter various materials: Common steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and alloy steel etc with widely functions. (For the stainless steel and alloy steel, can heat them to the appropriate temperature with the heater, and can upsetter.)
(3). The machine can make the common products such as the common self-tapping screw, electric screw, micro-screw, socket head cap bolts, self drilling screw, fiber plate screw etc. For an example PKO can upsetter other non standard abnormal hardware and metal products.
Basic manufacturing processes of screw
Coarse line→ Wire →Heading →Thread rolling → Heat treatment → Plating (color) → Packing
Brief introduction of processes and machines needed:
(1). Pull the coarse line to the line patch needed. (Wire drawing machine)
(2). Adjust, produce, and form the head of screw on the heading machine. (Screw heading machine)
(3).Grind tooth on the coil thread rolling machine, and form the screw completely (Thread rolling machine)
(4). Treat the semi-finished screw in the heat treatment according to the standard (Heat treatment furnace)
(5). According to the requirements, process plating etc. (Zinc plating machine)
(6). Packing and out of factory
1.Apply and Features:
(1)4-Die 4-Blow machine series adapt pneumatic clutch breaking system, its trigger current is lower that may apply on inching operation and single stroke / continuous operation. The advantages are: reduce trial run time, and optimizing operation space the main slider plate stops at rear position when machine stop working.
(2)This machine series all adapt inverter for stepless speed change.
(3)This machine series, all main mechanical parts especially machine body and main slider plate were been normalized after casting. The purpose is to eliminate the stress remained in the parts which would prevent parts deformed and retain manufacturing precision for longer period.
(4)The feeding system adapts pneumatic cylinder to hold material, its air pressure is adjustable that would lower varies diameter and material wearing while the feeder return. The feeding switch is no time limit, so there won’t be feeding abnormal to be occurred. When feeding material is short of dimension, machine would auto stop upon this abnormality. The feeder roll equipped with a stopper to prevent material reverse.
(5)The cutter of cut-off system adapts fully surround cut, the cross section is smooth and perpendicular. Cutter slider is centered with cutter rod that provides a perfect and stable cutting process. Regards adjustment, the orientation of cutting plate doesn’t need to use cushion, it is simple and accurate.
(6)Rear K.O. system is adapting a swing arm system, and the K.O. cam stroke is adjustable. The final Die is changeable to Hex trimming cam. Cam plates are accurately processed by C.N.C. would enhance smoothing stroke and stableness of K.O. acme.
(7)Front K.O. system, the punch of K.O. system, the K.O. cam is accurately made to let K.O. rod acting with the main slider plate back-off simultaneously, so the work-piece would completely stay in the Die further preventing the work-piece carrying out by punching tool in order to complete next step. All 4 sets of punch are able to perform K.O., and can be adjusted independently.
(8)Grip system, the grip cam is precisely made by C.N.C. for it to be a conjugate cam. The material is bearing steel through normalizing and high frequency heat treatment, its hardness is HRC58°~61°. Grip holder track transforming without gaps, reduces machine operation burden, increase reliability. The grip holder slider and slider track, all surface are treated with high frequency heat, then highly precision grinded. The grip holder track can be precisely adjusted that assures working stableness and higher reliability. Centering the grip arm is simple. Adapt gear box to flip Grip holder (HH-84 model or higher level).
(9)There is option of grip system that adapts pneumatic cylinder stand, the grip arms are individually operating and it is able to adjust gripping pressure upon the wire size and weight. Clipper is changeable to nut type. Base on working procedure of the work-piece, you can flip or transfer it levelly. Centering the grip arm is simple. Adapt gear box to flip Grip holder (HH-84 model or higher level)
