1, this sensor can measure the soil temperature and humidity?
A: The definition of soil moisture is to take 1 kg of soil sample and dry it thoroughly. The ratio of the reduced weight (water
weight) to 1 kg is called the soil moisture.
The relative humidity of air is defined as the percentage of the absolute humidity at the current temperature and the saturated humidity at the current temperature.
To sum up, soil moisture and air humidity are not a concept, nor is it an order of magnitude. When the soil moisture is 10%, the air humidity in the soil is already 100%.
The internal chip of this sensor is sht10 or sht20. This chip is an air temperature and humidity sensor produced by Swiss Spirit Corporation and measures the relative humidity of air. This sensor has been specially treated and it will not be damaged if it is buried in the soil for a long time. Even if it is boiled in water, it will not be damaged (Our company's exclusive commitment). When faced with soil with slightly higher humidity, the air humidity in the soil will be long-term. It is 100% and the measurement loses its meaning.

2. Will the sensor be damaged if it is soaked in water or condensed or buried in the earth?
A: All of our encapsulated sensors are potted, and even if they are immersed in water for a long period of time, they will not be damaged. Take them out and dry them. The humidity is still collected normally.

3,Will there be any error in the sensor measurement after potting?
A: Some probes packaged by non-professional manufacturers have the following problems:
(1) Encapsulant absorbs moisture, especially in high-humidity situations. If the humidity does not drop after the increase, the reason is that the encapsulant contains moisture.
(2) After welding, no resurgence treatment (many manufacturers did not even hear the word) caused great errors in temperature and humidity.
(3) Encapsulant causes cracks in the encapsulating layer with temperature and oxidation for a long time. After condensation, the droplets cause electrophoresis on the surface of the circuit board, resulting in failure.

4, what is double waterproof?
A: The shop's jacket is a copper particle sintered or PE material, which is characterized by waterproof and breathable, water molecules can enter the jacket, water droplets can not enter the jacket due to surface tension. In areas with high humidity, when the ambient temperature decreases, water molecules inside the sheath will congeal to form water. If the water droplets adhere to the circuit board, the circuit board may be electrophoretically damaged. Therefore, the company has encapsulated the circuit board and uses a special potting material without any interference with the measured value.
