Product Description

Electric wire is a wire that carries electrical energy.Bare wire, electromagnetic wire and insulated wire.Bare wire has no insulation layer, including copper, aluminum flat wire, overhead stranded wire and various profiles (such as type line, bus line, copper row, aluminum row, etc.).

Product features:

1. Has good corrosion resistance, conductor contact resistance is small.

2. With good weldability, copper-clad aluminum wire has the same weldability as pure copper wire because its surface is coated with a layer of pure copper.

3. Light weight, soft thread, easy to process, easy to install and transport.

4. Copper-clad aluminum material has the advantages of relatively low cost and relatively stable price, which overcomes the disadvantages of high copper cost and volatile price.

5. Compared with pure copper conductor, except for the advantages of copper conductor, under the condition that the dc resistance of conductor is the same as that of pure copper conductor, its ac resistance is 2%-5% higher than that of copper conductor and its carrying capacity is 2%-5% higher (the larger the cross-section area, the more obvious the effect).

Installation

1. The installation temperature should not over 20°C, If the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, the cable should be prehea ted.

2. The bending radius of cable should not less than 8 times.

3. After installation, the cable should withstand voltage test for 15min. 3. 5kv d.c.
