Our oil distillation plant can process tire crude oil, plastic crude oil and waste engine oil into diesel. It is the latest design which is unique in China market.
The oil rate is 85% to 95%.
The fuel oil can be used for diesel generator, boiler, trucks, tractors and agricultural vehicles etc.
Pre-heating Reactor
The main function of the pre-heating reactor is to drain away water .It can be heated into 100 centigrade,then water will come out from the oil,and make a higher oil rate.
Water Seal
There is water in it,and repels back fire from the furnace to keep safety.
Oil Catalyst Chamber
There are catalyst in it to improve oil rate and oil yield as well as reduce the speed of oil gas so that it can be better cooled.
SAFETY
1. With two reactors(the preheating reactor and the heating reactor), it can not only greatly improve working efficiency
but also guarantee the quality of oil, thus improve the oil rate.
2. Professional electric heating treatment and automatic control to keep safety..
3. It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas without any safety measures. In our process, it is controlled by the electric control cabinet and repelled fire with the device of water seal. Before and after burning, we have already ensured the safety of production.
POLLUTION FREE
1. The whole process is heated by electric,no burning from such as coal,wood,etc.
2. The exhaust gas will be recycled for heating reactor, little gas pollution.
3. Every junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with professional sealing material.
LONG SERVECE LIFE
1.Material: Q245R/Q345R boiler steel ,thickness 14mm/16mm.
2.Welding: Automatic welding machine with heating treatment and x-ray detection will prolong the service life of reactor to the maximum.
LABOR AND MONEY SAVING
1. Controlled by electric,just need 2~3 people to control the electric control cabinet,easier to control..
2. It is more delicated than the traditional one,so the occupied area is smaller than that one and easier to installation..
