1.How do you solve customer's complaints ? For all complaints come from our customer, we will give a reasonable solution within 48 hours. It would be easier and quicker for us to handle issue if you can provide us with photos of products with quality problem.
2.Can I have a sample order? Yes,we welcome sample order or trial order before mass order,this can help customer know more information about our chair quality.Generally, our sample charges 2 times of the normal price, and we will refund normal chair cost after the order confirmed.
3. what express do you often use to send the samples? If you are very urgent , we can use DHL ,or as your requirement.
4.I want to customize chairs,can you do that? Of course,we welcome customer provide us own design idea or clear picture,we can discuss about it and do our best to do same like yours,colorful carton or embroider logo on the chair,also workable for us.
