Here is our policies for online order, please make sure you have Read, Understood and Accepted the below terms and conditions Before bidding. Any question, welcome to contact us.
1. All major credit cards are accepted through Secure Payment. We also accept the payment by Western Union, Money Gram for small order and bank T/T for big order. To keep the goods available and order valid, payment should be made within 5 days of order. If you can't checkout immediately after auction close, please wait for a few minutes and retry.
2. We ship to worldwide except some countries and APO/FPO. Please make sure to provide correct and full shipping address, contact and necessary information. We are not responsible for any undeliverable address, wrong or incomplete information. Normally we only deliver to the confirmed order address. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.
For Brazil and Mexico buyers, please leave your TAX number (CNPJ/CPF/RFC) after placed the order.
For Russian Federation buyers, please provide your full name in order to get your goods successfully.
For EU countries, sometimes EORI (Economic Operator Registration and Identification) Number is asked by the courier.
3. In case the courier chosen by the buyer is unavailable caused by the courier or its agent refusing, potential clearance problem at customs, no surcharge collected for remote area, freight rate increasing, and other unforeseen reasons, we’ll change to other similar way, for example, between DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, EMS or other express.
Delivery Surcharge asked by some couriers should be added for the order with remote (extended) area address, please inform us before paying if your address is in remote area. If we have to change the order courier due to the buyer not informing address remote and not paying the surcharge, we do not assume any responsibility for the possible delay or problem in delivery.
4. If you have special requirement for the documents enclosed with the parcel, please leave a note in the order, we’ll try to do it but cannot assure. Otherwise, normally we would mention value and description as the original order; Sometimes we would be well-intentioned to write lower value or mark the goods as Sample or Gift with N.C.V. (no commercial value) or not to enclose invoice and shipping list, so as to minimize the possibility for delays during clearance or any import duties and taxes issues raised by Customs. Anyway, please note that we will not be responsible for any result caused by these.
5. Every country has different import policy, please check with your local Customs office to get enough information, such as: whether you could import the bidding goods and use it legally, what documents and certificates would be asked at customs clearance, what rules and standards should be compliant for the goods, how much import duties & taxes or fees would be charged to you, etc. If you have any question about the goods and any requirement for the document or certificate, please make sure to contact us Before bidding or paying.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange the import clearance and pay import duties, taxes, and additional or derived charges that may occur. Please note we do not assume any responsibility and refuse to refund if the delivery delayed or failed caused from any import clearance problem.
6. Service transit time is provided by the carrier, excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season. If you haven’t received your shipment within 30 days by express or 60 days by post, please contact us.
7. Please check the package before signing, in case of the product damaged or lost during the transportation, please refuse to sign it, you will be considered receiving the right and intact product as long as you signed the parcel.
8. We accept refund or replace goods if there is quality problem without human actions defects. In case of any problem, please contact us within 7 days upon your receipt of the goods, the pictures and qualified inspection report would be asked to evidence the problem. In case of the product in your possession more days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. The return products should be in their original condition and packaging with mentioned return reason and the Order ID in order to qualify for refund or replacement. Normally the return cost should be borne by the buyer. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
