1) If we have stock,1piece will be providing,we have some designs have stock;

2) Custom our design,500pcs each color will be need;

3) If customize your design,1000pcs each color will be need.

Q3:What are your trade terms ?

A3: EXW,FOB,DDP,Ningbo Port or Shanghai Port,or send to other port as your requirments.

Q4:Do you providing free samples ?

A4: 1) If we have available stock,free sample will be providing,you pay only reasonable express cost;

       2) If customize your design,will need reasonable sample fee & shipping cost,but if you order enough

           quantity,the sample fee will be refundable.

Q5:How long will need to make samples ? 

A5: If we have stock,the sample will send in 1 day;

       If customize design,will need 1-15days.

Q6:What delivery time will need for bulk production ?

A6: negotiatable as below:

      1) Less than 1000pcs,5-7days;

      2) More than 1000 less than 5000pcs:7-10days;

      3) More than 5000 less than 100000pcs,10-15days;

      4) More than 100000pcs,15-30days.

Q7:Can we make our logo on the products ? What technology  you can make the logo ?

A7: 1) Yes we can make your logo according to your requirments;

       2) We will providing print logo on products directly,or make it on woven label,paper card,box.

Q8:How about your payment terms?

A8: 1)For sample order or small order,delivery time will be very fast,100% deposit will be need;

       2) For big order,30% deposit+70% balance or 50% deposit+50% balance,will be negotiatable.

Q9:How do you make sure product quality ?

A9:We will confirm all details with you before make samples,then confirm sample correct sample,packing,

then produce production,we will provide some factory photos and bulk products photos for you check,if any

problems for every procedure.
