The stainless-steel fermenter is suitable for various microbial fermentation projects and is one of the commonly used microbial fermentation equipment in the industry. The fermenter tank body is made of SUS304/316L high-grade stainless steel. It is welded by cylinder and elliptical or dish-shaped head. The inner and outer walls of the tank are polished, safe and hygienic without dead angle, and can be sterilized in place, in line with national GMP. Hygienic standards are widely used in dairy products, bioengineering, pharmaceutical, fine chemicals and other industries.
The equipment is mainly composed of three systems: tank, jacket and mixing system. Jack or coil, transmission, shaft sealing device, heat preservation medium, support, special sampling and discharging valve for fermentation, coolant inlet and outlet, temperature Sensor interface, PH automatic control system, pressure sensor, air breathing apparatus, CIP interface and other components.
The tank body is generally made of SUS304/SUS316L high-grade stainless steel. The inner cylinder wall is mechanically polished or electrolytically mirror-polished. The outer cylinder wall is insulated by 304 all-welded structure. The outer surface is treated with mirror or matt; the outer joint of the cylinder is hygienic and quick-open. Joints, safe and hygienic, in line with national GMP sanitary standards.
The stainless-steel fermenter online control system adopts color liquid crystal touch screen + PLC automatic control, which can detect and control the relevant parameters of the fermentation process online. The control system includes sterilization interface, parameter setting and correction, data graph, data report, fermentation batch number setting, online animation, alarm device, etc. It can be connected to the host computer, computer and printer to realize remote monitoring and data storage and print.
In addition, it is equipped with temperature control device, temperature measuring hole, CIP automatic rotating spray ball, defoamer, baffle, air distributor, temperature sensor, sight glass spotlight, liquid level meter and other equipment, which is convenient for manual operation, simple and reliable.

1. The tank body is made of SUS304/SUS316L high-grade stainless steel. The inner and outer surfaces are polished. The polishing precision is Ra0.4, which prevents the material from sticking to the wall and is easy to clean.
2. The mixing system adopts three-layer six-plane leaf fermentation special standard paddle, stepless speed regulation, which can realize automatic control of fermentation mixing process;
3. The stainless-steel fermenter is sterilized by high temperature steam in place, and the sterilization process can realize automatic control, and accuratesterilization temperature;
4. Switzerland METTLER PH electrode and shielded wire, the range is 2~12PH, the control accuracy is ±0.02PH;
5. automatic detection of foam, can add defoamer, within sensitivity range is 100~10000; air flow control can be manually adjusted by rotameter, the range is 0~5000L/min;
6. The feeding system can be automatically added by the peristaltic pump, the range is 0~5L/min, and the control precision is ±2%.
