Computer Numerical Control or CNC Machining is a process of manufacturing metal components using various computer controlled tools. CMI has an on-site tool room facility, which enables the manufacturing of form tools and machining for high specification components.
We utilise several CAD CAM CNC machines, all of which offer five-axis CNC machining, as well as other associated machining equipment, such as spot drilling, lathe and EDM wire erosion. CAD drawings are created – 2D or 3D – which are then turned into a code of coordinates that the CNC machines understand, to control the various stages of manufacturing.
This process offers a much more precise method of manufacturing components, particularly with the more complex 3D shapes.

To be sure material chemical composition correct, material certification must be provided in each material purchasing lot.
Machining equipments maintain: Checked by each day, have records to track.
Setup work instruction chart for each part.
Check production process and updated drawing issue before machining. Fixed Inspection: 4 times/shift, have records to check, carried by QC. Random Inspection: to avoid uncertain potential quality issues. Final Inspection: Each part have its final inspection stardard before packing, have inspection sheet to track. Inspection equipment maintain: Checked by each 15 days, have records to track. *Packing and Assembly:
To meet custom requirments, including labels, cartons, pallets etc before shipment.

CNC milling is one of our strengths serive. We are a full service machine shop, and we have acquired the milling knowledge, tradition, and experience to accommodate all your CNC milling needs. As we like to say here on our shop floor, "If you can draw, we can make it". If you have solid or surface CAD drawings, we have the capability of machining directly from your files. This can eliminate errors that sometimes occur when programming from paper drawings.
Equipped with hard-wired controls and tools to minimize set-up times, as well as automatic part catching and indexing capabilities. Our CNC turning machines also possess magazine bar feeders to increase production efficiency. All of these features make our innovative metal turning machinery well-suited for the fabrication of highly complex, precision parts.
Laser Cutting, Laser Engraving, Laser Marking
We offer laser cutting, laser engraving and laser marking services.
Equipped with flying optic CO2, oxygen and nitrogen lasers with 2000 W of output power, we're capable of cutting through up to .3/8" thick steel and up to 1/8" thick stainless steel and aluminum. We achieve tolerances of .002", and leave edges that require little or no additional finishing.
