Q1:How about the sample policy? A1:We can provide free samples but charge for express or you can offer us your courier account.
Q2: Can you make my designs? A2: Yes, customer design,especially OEM/ODM, is welcomed.Please feel free to send us your design for development. If necessary, we can keep your design protected under law.
Q3: Do you have some special policies for Brand company? A3:Yes, we have some special support for company who has own brand and also in our VIP customers list.
Q4: Do you have stock? When can I get it if I pay? A4: For items sells online ,90% have stock, we can send out within 48 hours. For items not available, we need about 6-12 days to make and it also depends on your order quantity.
Q5: What is your MOQ? Can I mix different styles to a start order? A5: :No MOQ requirement for items online sell,and of course you can mix colors and styles.
Q6: Why your price on website is not same as real price? A6:The price on the website is only a rough quotation.Many factors such as quantity,material cost and exchange rate will affect the price,so the real price will be subject to our final confirmation.
Q7: How can I place orders? A7:Type,quantity and size are basic elements. Customer must give us these information for PI making.Any doubts,please contact with us.
Q8: How can I make the payment for my orders? A8:We accept T/T.
Q9: What is the “Rush Order” or How can I get my order in Rush? A9:You can place your order in a rush way via email or SKYPE, you need to inform us before you place the order.Some extra amount will be added for rush production and rush shipping when time is vital to you.
Q10: Can I change my order once it is confirmed? A10:We regret that we are unable to remake it once one order is produced. We don’t have any refund policy for confirmed and flawless product, but we accept your changes before we send the order to production.
Q11: Can I get refund? If yes, then how? A11:If we make your order wrong in color, size and design, then we will produce again for free or you can ask for refund for this order.
Q12: Will you carry my import tax? A12:No,we won't.
Q13: What is the payment method? A13: We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) 1. For total amount under US$1000, 100% in advance. 2. For total amount above US$1000, 30% deposit, the rest before shipment.
Q14: How about your after-service? A14: If you are not satisfied with the goods received, please contact us.Any problems can be negotiated!We promise to find a good solution and reply you ASAP.
