2. If I have some failed product ,how to deal with it ?
You may need to send us some details of the failed products such as the operating condition and the surroundings, better with picture.
Once we confirmed it is kind of Quality Issue from our side, we will send you replacement within ur next shipment.
3. What is the difference of copper and sapphire filament ?
Sapphire has a higher light output and bigger beam angle , but the price is bit higher.
While copper has lower lumen such 90-100/W, metal can not reflect the light so maybe there will be dark side , but the price Is lower with better heat sink.
