        Q: Hummus and Chickpeas?
A: First , soak your chickpeas overnight . Drain and rinse them , and put them in a pot with fresh water and bring them to a boiling . Keep the pot boiling but not boiling over for approximately onen hour . Take a few out on a spoon and blow on them . If they 're starting to to peel , these people are presumably soft sufficiently . Or just pop a few in your mouth and see if these people are soft sufficiently that way . When these people are cooked soft , drain off the water and rinse them again . I suppose you have a recipe for hummus , but simply in case you do n't , add a lot of pressed garlic , lemon or lime juice , tahini , perhaps a little bit of olive oil and coriander and puree in a blender or food processor . Good luck , and enjoy !

Q: I have chickpeas, kidney beans,?
A: not truly no.. these people are the least of your worries.. it everything depends on the quantity that u 're eating

Q: Are chickpeas & red kidney beans fattening?
A: I do n't eat chickpeas , but my friends do . Just make a chick pea , kidney bean soup with onion , celery , red peppers , cumin , oregano and garlic . It 'll make a good bean soup to be served with tortillas or cornbread ; whatever you 'd prefer .
