My purchase was a bit eventful - and i unfortunately put blame on Rainbow Wong instead of the shipping agent - Kevin Chen - who lied and misrepresented the facts again and again- about the products that could be shipped together. (P&D express) I commend Rainbow for her professionalism and help sending the shipment directly to the usa - instead of thru kevin. I look forward to receiving and using the product

The supplier was very helpful and reliable. She helped me choose the most suitable product for the purpose. She also provided samples of similar products so I could test them for following orders. For the first shipment, the factory forgot to include the samples that she had told but she soon made arrangement for a separate shipment for the samples. Many thanks.
